Canon IT Solutions Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, President Akira Kanazawa, hereafter “Canon ITS”), a group company of Canon Marketing Japan Inc., hereby announces that it has reached an agreement on September 10, 2021 to transfer all capital contribution of MAT VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED (“MATV”), which Canon ITS and its subsidiary company Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. possess, to KANTO BUSSAN CO., LTD. (“KANTO BUSSAN”).
１．Purpose of capital contribution transfer
As a result of careful discussion on business strategy of MATV and entire Canon ITS group, Canon ITS decided to transfer MATV to KANTO BUSSAN. In line with KANTO BUSSAN’s policy to strengthen business in Vietnam by providing machine tools and related software, transferring capital contribution of MATV shall realize further growth of MATV business and its employees.
